Our Small Group leadership operates within a culture of
HIGH ACCOUNTABILITY and LOW CONTROL.
What we mean by this is that we are committed to offering a high level of support, coaching, and spiritual investment as well as a framework within the overall vision of Embrace Church (HIGH ACCOUNTABILITY). But at the same time we desire to give leaders the freedom to discern how the Spirit is leading them to best lead their group – according to their own passions, gifts, context of relationships, etc. (LOW CONTROL). In the end we believe that challenging our leaders to listen and discern the Spirit’s guidance and then supporting them in their obedience will have the greatest kingdom impact.
